Free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 days. Some countries and regions take up to 17 days depending on customs and location. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders start the next business day.
Taxes and duties
Any import taxes, customs duties or fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your parcel ships. You can also check the Track Order page.
Lost or wrong address
Email info@getjawsnap.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date — we investigate with the carrier or reship at our cost.
