Shipping Policy
Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
United States, United Kingdom and EU: 5–9 business days. Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 7–12 business days. Rest of world: 9–16 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays occasionally add time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves our facility. You can also check progress on our Track Order page.
Customs and duties
Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address or lost parcels
Email hello@jawsnap.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier or reship at our cost.
