Refund & Return Policy
30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. This is a voluntary store guarantee, not a statutory legal right under Swiss law.
Eligibility
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Because this product contacts the skin directly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any strap that has been worn, for hygiene reasons — unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
How to start
Email info@getjawsnap.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post it within 3–10 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we replace or refund in full, usually with no return needed.
